Dolphin 603
I can’t remember when I first heard this analogy but it goes something like this. On a cruise ship, you have to think of your cabin as your bedroom, and the rest of the ship as your house. I thought it was interesting mostly because the author went on to suggest that you should spend only as much time in your cabin as you would in your bedroom at home. “Get out, mingle, participate” they encouraged. For sure, Marshall and I are lucky to be in one of the larger-sized cabins on the ship. We have a sofa and two small chairs, which makes it easy for us both to work on our laptops or read books without getting in each other’s way. Maybe we’ll feel differently once we’re 50 days into this thing and the four walls start closing in. However, with all of our stuff now stored away and with a bit of nesting, we’re very happy with Dolphin 603. As promised, here are some photos.
Amazing!!!!! I’m loving your posts already! Thanks for taking us all along with you!
Love the organization, the collapsing boxes are useful. Marshal must love magnets!😀
Great looking stateroom. I think you need a few more hats !!!
Love following this!!!! Keep it up!! Nice stateroom!! 😉
Wow…nice! Thank you for sharing, Sharon!
You are very good at organizing. Looks great. Thanks for posting ❤️
Love the stateroom and balcony! i’m going to steal your collapsible square idea for our next cruise!
What have you been doing while at sea all of these days on your way to Hawaii? Any favorite activities? Has Marshall figured out a way to not have the bathroom lights turn themselves on in the middle of the night?
Stay tuned for thoughts on Sea Days. We haven’t had the bathroom light problem.
Love the idea of getting a hotel room for the day!!
Gorgeous balcony view!
I can tell that you are experienced travelers. Your organization skills and supplies are sublime! Well done. Cheers!
I love your Blig, it’s totally capturing this cruise
What fun! The ship is your living room
