Embarkation Day
We said goodbye to our wonderful hosts Ed and Deanna and grabbed our ride for the 1 hour trip to San Pedro and the port. There was minimal traffic which is saying a lot in LA and the weather was beautiful. Our embarkation took all of 10 minutes. It was one of the most organized cats herding we’ve ever participated in. Great job Port of Los Angeles!
Our room was ready when we arrived and it was in tip top shape. It’s a surreal feeling to know you will be living in this 299 sq ft space for 4 months. I took some photos prior to our luggage arriving and before our junk fills much of the space. Once we get everything unpacked, I’ll take more photos so you can see the space “lived in”.
