We’ve always loved to travel. Both of us grew up in families that valued travel and as we built our own family together, we continued that passion. Marshall remembers his first overseas trip with his family at the age of 10, to Spain. Sharon’s first overseas trip was with her sister Stephanie, to Switzerland, Italy, Austria and Germany, at the ages of 17 and 15 respectively. We believe travel abroad does just that; it broadens your perspective on the world.

We love travel in the U.S. too, and both of us can proudly say we’ve visited every state in our great union. After living in Georgia and New York, we now call Dublin, OH home with two grown daughters living in the state. We’re retired and in our “go-go” years, hence, we’ve really picked up our pace and are attacking our bucket lists with renewed enthusiasm.

We started our travel blog in 2024, when we embarked on a 4-month World Cruise. You can see those blog posts under the Home Page tab Past Trips, and we’ve added more details about the tour operators we used. It was a great experience blogging, as we got lots of wonderful feedback and it helped us capture all the amazing and meaningful memories.
