Dolphin 525
After two weeks, we’re all settled into our cabin now. Grabbing those hanging shoe trees in Honolulu really improved on an already pretty good situation. While we won’t win any decorating awards, our cabin is neat and tidy, a place for everything, and everything in its place. At least for the photos!
On the World Cruise, we were in Dolphin 603, just a few doors down. Both are a mid-ship, starboard location and easily accessible from the mid and aft elevators. And not too far from the laundromat, which is aft.
We try to use the stairs when we can, and really like being on Deck 9 as we’re only two – three decks up from those that we most frequent. Deck 7 is where we walk outside, the Theatre and is home to many of the places where we like to hang out. Deck 6 has our Provence dining room, the International Café and the casino.
While we always miss our home on these long trips, Dolphin 525 will be our home away from home for the next few months.
Tomorrow: Sea Day

All of our calendars and notices are hanging on the wall, and a place to write notes to each other and to Marlon, our Steward.
Closet with storage above, two hanging shoe storage, and two laundry caddies and our beach bag below.
Shelves with storage boxes that we brought onboard.
Bathroom, with storage below and along the wall. The scale is tucked up under.
Marshall 3-D printed some soap caddies to keep our bars dry.
Storage, extra beach towels and a furry blanket.
Backpacks that are easily accessible, more storage, Marshall's tootsie pops and ice buckets.
The desk area is mostly Sharon's domain. Storage for hair stuff, jewelry, purses, and trip documents.
Home Sweet Home….for now at least.
